This Privacy Policy applies generally to Burgendo Services. The specific types of data collected may vary depending on which app or service you use, the features you access, your device settings, and your privacy choices.

Depending on the Services you use, we may collect the following categories of information.

Contact Information

If you contact us for support or business inquiries, we may collect information such as your name, email address, and the content of your message.

User Content

Some Burgendo apps may allow you to upload, create, save, or generate content. This may include photos, videos, images, generated results, prompts, selections, preferences, app history, or other content you provide or create through the Services.

Photos, Videos, and Images

Some apps may request access to your camera or photo library so you can upload or use photos, videos, or images inside the app. We use this content to provide the requested app functionality, personalization, image processing, AI-generated results, editing features, or related services.

Face Data and Appearance Data

Some Burgendo apps, including Hairify AI, may allow you to upload or capture photos that include a face, hair, skin, eyes, or other visible appearance characteristics. This information may be considered face data or appearance-related data depending on the feature and applicable law.

Hairify may collect user-uploaded or camera-captured photos that include a user’s face, hair, skin tone, eye color, and other visible facial or appearance characteristics. Hairify may also create app-generated analysis outputs from those photos, such as whether the photo contains one clear visible face, whether the face is too far away, covered, cropped, blurry, dark, or otherwise unsuitable for the selected feature. For color analysis features, Hairify may generate appearance-related outputs such as skin tone, undertone, contrast level, hair color, eye color, skin color, recommended colors, colors to avoid, makeup color suggestions, and hair color suggestions.

Hairify does not use face data to identify users, authenticate users, create facial recognition templates, train biometric identification systems, or sell face data.

Identifiers

We may collect identifiers such as user IDs, anonymous account IDs, device identifiers, app account tokens, advertising identifiers where permitted, push notification tokens, installation IDs, or other technical identifiers.

Purchase Information

If you make a purchase, subscribe, or use paid features, we may collect information related to your purchase history, subscription status, transaction validation, entitlement status, credit balance, or other payment-related records. Payments made through Apple’s App Store are processed by Apple.

Usage Data

We may collect information about how you use our Services, such as app launches, screens viewed, buttons tapped, onboarding steps, feature usage, product interactions, style or content selections, purchase flow interactions, session information, and other activity within the Services.

Location Information

We may collect approximate location information, such as country, region, city, or coarse location. This may be derived from your device, IP address, analytics tools, advertising measurement partners, or other technical methods. We do not collect precise GPS location unless an app separately requests permission and you allow it.

Device and Technical Information

We may collect information about your device and app environment, including device type, operating system, app version, language, region, network information, device settings, SDK version, and other technical information.

Diagnostics and Performance Data

We may collect crash reports, error logs, performance data, diagnostic data, launch performance, technical events, and other information used to monitor, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our Services.

We may collect other information needed to provide app functionality, analytics, security, fraud prevention, advertising measurement, service improvement, legal compliance, or customer support.

3. Face Data and Photo Processing

Hairify is a Burgendo app that may use user-uploaded or camera-captured photos to provide AI hairstyle, beauty, appearance preview, and color analysis features.

What Face Data Hairify Collects

Hairify may collect user-selected photos or camera-captured photos that include a user’s face, hair, skin tone, eye color, and other visible facial or appearance characteristics. Hairify may also generate limited analysis outputs from those photos, including whether an uploaded image contains one clear visible face, no face, multiple faces, a face that is too far away, a face that is covered, a cropped face, a dark image, a blurry image, or another issue that prevents the selected feature from working properly.

For color analysis features, Hairify may generate appearance-related results such as skin tone, undertone, contrast level, hair color, eye color, skin color, recommended colors, colors to avoid, makeup color suggestions, and hair color suggestions.

How Hairify Uses Face Data

Hairify uses face data and appearance-related data only to provide the app features requested by the user. These uses may include:

• Checking whether a photo contains one clear visible face.

• Helping users select or upload a suitable image.

• Generating AI hairstyle, beauty, and appearance previews.

• Creating color analysis results and related recommendations.

• Displaying generated results to the user.

• Saving recent uploads, generated results, and generation history so users can view, retry, or manage their results.

• Troubleshooting, securing, and improving the reliability of the Services.

Hairify does not use face data to identify users, authenticate users, create facial recognition templates, train biometric identification systems, or sell face data.

Sharing of Face Data

Hairify may share or process face data with third-party service providers only as needed to provide the requested app functionality. These providers may include cloud hosting providers, database and storage providers, AI image processing providers, content generation providers, authentication providers, analytics providers, crash reporting providers, and security or fraud-prevention providers.

These service providers are permitted to process face data only as needed to provide services to Burgendo or as otherwise permitted by law. We do not sell face data.

Storage of Face Data

Uploaded photos, generated images, and related generation data may be stored on the user’s device and/or in cloud storage and databases used to operate Hairify. For example, Hairify may store uploaded photos, generated results, recent uploads, generation history, credit balances, subscription status, and related metadata so the user can access app features, view past results, retry generations, or manage their account.

Retention of Face Data

Hairify retains uploaded photos, generated results, and related face or appearance data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested app features, maintain recent uploads and generation history, support retry and result-viewing functionality, provide customer support, protect the Services from fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

When face data or related content is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it. Users may contact us to request deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, transaction record, and platform requirements.

4. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking

We may use analytics, attribution, and advertising measurement tools to understand how users discover and use our Services, measure advertising campaign performance, improve our marketing, and improve our products.

Where required, we will request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before using certain data for tracking purposes, such as accessing the Identifier for Advertisers, also known as IDFA.

You can control tracking permission in your device settings. If you choose not to allow tracking, our apps should still remain usable, but certain advertising measurement, attribution, or personalization features may be limited.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with third-party service providers and partners that help us operate, improve, secure, and market our Services. These may include:

• Cloud hosting providers.

• Database and storage providers.

• Authentication providers.

• Analytics providers.

• Crash reporting and diagnostics providers.

Examples may include analytics tools, crash reporting tools, cloud services, payment platforms, app store services, advertising attribution tools, mobile measurement partners, AI image processing providers, and content generation providers.

The specific third-party services used may vary by app and may change over time.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, maintain accounts and app functionality, process purchases and subscriptions, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve our Services.

Different types of information may be retained for different periods. Uploaded content, generated results, face data, appearance-related data, purchase records, analytics data, diagnostic data, and account-related information may each be retained for different periods depending on the feature, legal requirements, security needs, and user choices.

When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.

8. Your Choices and Controls

Depending on the app and your device, you may control certain data collection and permissions through your device settings, including:

• Camera access.

• Photo library access.

• Notifications.

• Tracking permission.

• Advertising identifier settings.

• App permissions.

• Analytics or personalization settings where available.

You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, transaction record, and platform requirements.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.

Some apps may have different age ratings or audience requirements. Please review the specific app listing, app store information, and in-app notices for more details.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If an app provides additional privacy notices inside the app, those notices apply together with this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
